The U.S. Administration decides to appropriate necessary funds for creating an atomic bomb.



On November 22, H.E. Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov took part in a meeting with the students of the International Dual-Degree MA Program Global Security, Nuclear Policy, and WMD Nonproliferation (MGIMO-MIIS-PIR Center) and PIR Center junior research fellows.


On November 18, PIR Center held the new Midweek Brainstorming session on the topic «Coalitions within the NPT Review Process: historical background and prospects of the X NPT Review Conference». Konstantin Larionov, student of the Dual Degree M.A. Program Global Security, Nuclear Policy, WMD Nonproliferation (MGIMO University, MIIS, and PIR Center) presented for further discussion his report prepared within the internship at PIR Center.

In 2013 the Trialogue Club celebrated its 20th Anniversary!

The Trialogue Club is a unique community of leading diplomats, experts, businessmen. Club members attended 5 Clubmeetings with leading Russian and foreign experts on international security, received issues of the Security Index journal, 12 issues of the Russia Confidential analytical bullitin and  invitations to all PIR Center’s events as well as several pleasant surprises for our permanent members.
